I have the 6800 version:

" GeForce 6800 GT 256MB: Windows Media Player 10 video becomes corrupt when
rotating the screen
while playing a video."
- not an issue for me

I notice a Huge Improvement when Running my Windows Vista VM (using
Microsoft VPC 2007 Beta 1), on top of Windows XP X64 Edition Service Pack 2
Beta with the New NVIDIA Driver (I Just Violated my NDA Again), Just FYI.

What's the "WARNING" for?

Some self-appointed know-it-alls seem to think that alerting people that
there are new XP drivers available is totally unforgivable.
Since apparently they have foolishly put their trust in a BETA OS and
have abandoned XP, they believe that no one has the good sense to
dual boot.
The WARNING is to alert them that they should not read the post and
risk a total melt down.
