I have been ordering ink cartridges from Cartridge Factory for some time.

However, my latest order hasn't arrived and e-mails are being ignored and
telephone is on an answer service saying you are in a queue.

Order from them at your peril

What a sad life you must lead. Have you no family or friends? To spend your
life trawling this NG to try and draw attention to yourself. is not healthy.

I genuinely feel sorry for you. You only get one life, it's not a test run.

You remind me of the 15 y.o. novice Nun that tried to teach a class in human
reproduction when I was in school. Zero experience but a self-proclaimed
expert on not getting any regardless.

I phoned Cartridge Factory twice today. The first time I was connected
immediately. The second time I was placed in a queue for about 4 minutes. I
was assured that business was as usual and the only known delays were due to
the floods and recent Postal strike action.

I also have been using Cartridge Factory for several months and I find
their prices for compatible Carts very competitive and recent orders for
Compatible CLI-8 and PG-5 for my Canon IP4200 have been carts with
replaceable ink tanks which avoids the need to move the chips from an empty
cart to a new one.

I have no connection with Cartridge Factory other than as a satisfied
customer.
