This will save you endless hours of fixing your computer.
This new software is horrible. Stay away from it! You don't
need it. It has plenty of bugs. If your feeling crazy make
sure you set a restore point before diving off the deep
end. Now be prepared for it to be a resource hog and you
won't be able to multi task until the program is done
running and whatever you do don't turn on the automatic
updates which will also slow you down. I thought for
microsoft this would be a better product then the junk aol
tried pushing on their customers. So this crap beta found
one thing of spyware and it froze my computer, didn't
respond and thankfully i was able to shut down the software
ctrl,alt and delete and t for taskbar. Shut it down from
there. Then if you hate it like i did uninstall it. Make
sure you shut it down and shut down the auto updates before
uninstalling(ctrl,alt and delete then press t for
taskbar)Shut down the software and auto updater. If worse
comes to worse you can do a system restore from the point
that you set before using this crap that microsoft bought
off giant software. If you want solid help with spyware go
to download.com and download the adaware se from lavasoft.
Side note: ran adaware se after i deleted microsoft's beta
spyware removal junk and found 11 pieces of spyware that
this beta missed. Spybot search and destroy then found five
pieces. I have ad aware se and spybot search and destroy on
my computer here and at school. Spyware blaster blocks your
computer from downloading spyware or viruses. And lastly i
recommend getting Mozilla's firefox and making it your
browzer. Good luck and i hope this beta doesn't wreck your
computer! Nice job Microsoft! Sarcasm!!!!
