Warning beeps when process is completed??

I'm looking for a software that will enable applications (other
software) to sound off warning beeps when a process is completed.

For example, after a long virus scan or after a long file indexing
process or defragment process. These processes often take a long time
and I want to be able to move away from my PC and do other things but
yet be able to know when a process is completed.

Perhaps you could use something like AutoIt (see http://pricelessware.org)
to monitor for text or a dialog when the process finishes, then it could
launch a wav or mp3 file to notify you.
