Warning at execution when using Pocket PC 2003 Emulator

Hey,

I am using visual Studion .NET 2003, and I run my program on Pocket PC 2003
Emulator (part of the Pocket PC 2003 SDK). When I start the program (debug).
It launches the emulator and before to display my application frame there is
the following warning message :

"The program you have installed may not display properly because it was
designed for a previous version of Windows Mobile software."

What is wrong in my configuration? I want to develop for Windows Mobile 2003.

Maybe my install is incorrect :
I installed first EVC++ 4.0, then i installed Pocket PC 2003 SDK, and
finaly i installed Visual .NET 2003...
...do i have to reinstall Pocket PC 2003 ?

By the way, after the warning displays, the application works fine... but
