I have Windows XP, wireless internet, a router and a firewall and nortin
anti-virus
Idisabled the fire wall and it still dosent work!!!

Hi Sir Goflin,

Connect directly to your ISP modem without using the
Wireless / Router connection devices, to see if they are
causing this problem. Please re-enable your XP firewall.

You'll need to forward port 6112 to your machine on your router admin

Hi Sir Goflin,

What did you ask your ISP when you called them?
Did you successfully connect to the game by using
only the ISP modem (without your router / wireless)?

Hi Sir Golfin,

It sounds like they are giving you top notch support!
You're lucky to have an ISP which is willing to do that.
