Wanting to learn Visual Basic 6.0

Hi Everyone,
I have been given the go ahead for my company to pay for my training of Visual Basic. I have found some tutorial and I need to find a cheap copy of Visual Basic 6.0 so that I can see whether I will be able to work it.
I have not had any programming training or experience before.
Has anyone any ideas?

There are a good few sites to learn online, although I'd suggest picking up a cheap VB book. I learnt ASP online just by viewing simple tutorials.

You can get a free VB 6 trial from Microsoft for 60 days - I can't remember the site, but if you google for it you'll find it easily enough :) I used that to get to grips with it last year to see if it was worth buying.
 
The basics can be learnt in just a week or so, but the rest is just trial and error - and lots of referencing!
