Hi, what should I put in for the type of incoming and outcoming servers for
my PC

Give us the name of your Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), or in layman
term, name of your cable company ?
Seems to me that you have not had an e-mail address yet. True ?
If you DO have an e-mail address, please show us what it is AFTER the symbol
@.
Example, mine is (e-mail address removed)

Since we have no idea who your ISP is, there is no way for anyone to give
you this information.

Your ISP is the company you buy your Internet service from. You can either
call them, or look on their web site for this information.
Or if you tell us who they are, someone may be able to help you.

You can't just assume that a person's mail service provider is his ISP.

Verizon Settings are:

Incoming Server is (POP3): incoming.verizon.net Port 110 DO NOT
check SSL
Outgoing Server is (SMTP): outgoing.verizon.net Port 587 DO NOT
check SSL

Also, you need to check the box on the Servers tab for "My server requires
authentication", then click the "Settings" button and enter your email
username (not the full address, just the first part before the @).
