Oh, okay Ben, I see how that can work. That could certainly be
applicable for the occasional form; however, IMHO, could be a
nightmare for a large number of or complicated forms.
I guess I was thinking more in the line of how ScanSoft Form Typer
works in PaperPort. It identifies probable areas on the scanned
image where input might be desired, and also allows for manually
placed fields. One can tab through the sequence of locations to type
the entries. The typed-in content can be printed along with the form
image, or can printed alone onto pre-printed forms. Of course,
absolutely none of it is freeware.
