wanted if n e 1 knows of such a thing ??

I'm in need of a utility or program that takes my already created mpeg2 dvd
quality files that have come from my video camera and makes the .ifo and
..bup .vob files so I cam make a working DVD... i have B's recorder which
came with my burner but it puts noise into movement :(
any help apreciated
