Wanted Audio App

I'm not sure if this exists but I figured this would be the best place to
ask as any. I'm currently trying to find an app that would "mute" all of
my applications except one. For example, I want to watch a movie tv-out
with my audio ran through my stereo, I would like to get rid of all the
annoying beeps, and chimes of all my other apps while viewing, turning them
off individually is just a pain.

If you are running Windows, go to control panel and double click sounds and
audio devices. Create a theme to suit yourself. You can choose "No Sounds"
and save the current theme if you wish and just switch back and forth as
desired. You don't need anything you don't already have to do that.
