Want to use old HD with new machine.

Hi

I am Suresh, I have a P-4 machine with 1.8 GHz CPU, 40GB HD, 512MB DDR.

I am planning to buy a new motherboard Intel 915GL & Pentium 3.2GHz (HT)CPU.

With Old machine I was supplied a genuine copy of windows XP and MS Office
2003.
both the software loaded in old HD. With the new Hardware can I use my old
HD,
with installed software, if Yes, how?

Or I have to reinstall both the above software. Then will Microsoft be able
to register
my genuine software online or not.

Please, help me and oblige.

Thanks for your so much support in writing on net.

Only one more thing I want to know that my softwares are not of OEM,
It's all retail purchased by me and using on single computer only.
