I am not clear on what I am doing wrong. Rather than use Outlook for mail, I
want to use my internet provider. When I go to send a page or link to
someone, it always comes up to sign up for outlook. I can't figure out how
to have my comcast account come up. Any help?

If you insist on using Comcast webmail, all you can do is copy the link,
then paste it into your webmail message compose window.

Incidentally, Comcast works great with POP mail such as Windows Mail.

I think you should remove yourself from windows mail In windows mail go to
tools then accounts and then hit remove on your email address leave the rest
there if there is anything else. I got this info from HP Windows mail is
vista's name for outlook. Good Luck

It's Vista's name for Outlook Express, which is not the same as Outlook.

No, that will not work. Clicking on a MailTo link on a web page
will always bring up the default email program, even if you have
removed all the accounts from it.
