want to transfer my suto correct files to new computer

I had extensive enteries in my Auto Correct (is this an offshoot of custom
dictionary?) for writing purposes and wish to transfer them to the new
computer>
For example, I would type srf and the phrase "step right foot to right side,
weight on it" would print on the page.
Any Idea of how to transfer this file from one computer to another? Contact
directly (e-mail address removed), please. Thank you.

I am working from this inital link....however my first problem is the error
message upon opening the file that

<<the macros in this project are disabled. please refer to the online help
or documentation of the host application to determine how to enable the
macros>>

I have gone under TOOLs and click on MACRO / SECURITY / LOW
then click START on the document that you instructed me to and received the
following message:

<<the macro can not be found or has been disabled because of your security
settings>>

not certain where to go from here.....

PERSERVERANCE PAYS OFF!!!
I kept trying and learning that after enabling the macro,I had to close and
reopen the document.
Clicked on START again
got the opportunity to back up the auto correct file on the first computer
went to the second
followed the same MACRO enabling proceedure
Opened the do- clicked on START and RESTORE from the file that I had just
backed-up to and I GOT IT!!!
Thank you, CArol, for the help and especially to Dave who designed the macro
that enabled me to transfer my auto corrects from one computer to the other.
It turned out to be quite simple, even thouh I was initially intimidated by
the document written. Thank you.
Problem Tested and Solved!!!
