Want to switch from incredimail to outlook express but how?

I have incredimail installed and have been using it for some time now. I have recently found out that it does not show up on some emails I'm sending. I would like to go back to my original outlook express. How do I get my folders and messages from incredimail to outlook express? I have a lot of important stuff that I can't lose. Hope all this makes sense!

You don't. Incredimail is a completely proprietary format and is completely
incompatible with OE.
 
Thanks for your response. If I switch to OE and start using that can I keep my incredimail files and folders even if I'm not using IM?

Yes, just don't uninstall it or you won't be able to read them.
 
All you need to do is setup OE for your account. Open incredimail. click on
tools - options and un tick check mail every 5 mins.

Than you will need to open all the emails one by one and send them to
yourself. Make sure you don't receive mail on incredimail, while you are
doing this.

This may take some time depending on how many emails you want to send but
you will then receive them in OE.

Once you have sent them all and received them on OE, you can uninstall
incredimail
