Want to send reoccuring emails

Hi, I want to send an email reminder out on a weekly basis to a group of people and haven't found any info on how to do it. I think this is probably deliberate by Microsoft to stop Outlook being used as a spam generator, but I hope there is a way round this

Any suggestions greatly appreciated
