Want to see all my programs from the Start Menu

When I go to Start then to Programs all I can see are the
most recent programs that I have used. Is there a way
that I can see all the programs instead of just the most
recently used ones???

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize and uncheck Use
personalized menus.
