Want to receive plain text only

I want to configure Outlook 2000 so that *all* messages I recieve are
displayed in plain text only. I do not want to see different fonts,
embedded pictures, or anything else.

Is this possible?

No. This functionality was added to Outlook 2002.

I believe some of my users are running 2002 (whatever comes with Office
XP). I will upgrade from Office 2k for this functionality... It is
possible, then?
