Want to publish Outlook 2K with Metaframe, but...

Here's the picture: W2K Server, SP 3, Citrix Metaframe 1.8, SP 2, running
terminal services. Installed Office 2000 apps Word, Excel, & Outlook as
instructed in O2K Resource Kit Manual. Intend to use Metaframe to "publish"
the Office apps to thin client desktops. Problem is, Outlook shows up on
the desktop of the server and therefore, on all the client desktops without
publishing it. Also, if you decide to publish it through Metaframe
Published App Manager, the Outlook icon shows twice on the client desktops.

Anyone know how to properly remove the Outlook icon from the server & client
but leave the Metaframe-generated icon on the client desktops (so I can
controll who gets to use Outlook)? This has been driving me nuts and I've
not been able to find a Q-article in the MS Knowledge Base, or even anything
on the TechNet website.

If that doesn't work, try right clicking on the icon to
see where it is located. You may be able to write a
script that deletes it every time the person logs on,
although this is kinda messy.
