want to just take sound from a video and burn it to a cd-r

I am working on a video of a concert, and would like to be able to solely take out some of the songs and burn them to a cd-r, is this possible? Could I do it with another program. I really really want help so if anyone can help me, i would appreciate it alot!!
 
Hi,

Drag the video to the audio track. If all you publish is audio (nothing on
any other track) you will get options for saving to WMA audio file. You can
then burn to CD-R with Windows Media Player.
