want to delete files from dropdown

whan i right click on a photo and then on "save picture as"
the save picture box opens up........
when i click on the down arrow for file name....the names
of a bunch of old files drops down.............
how do you clean these out?
 
one or both these options.........

clear these boxes.....as desired
[+] web addresses
[+] forms
[+] user names...
also press clear history button
