Want to customize my boot screen and logon

I have a specific pictures I want on my boot up screen and
sign in screen but I don't know how to put it there. I is
in my pictures folder. I looked through my themes it
states nothing about your boot screen or logon screen. Can
someone please help.

Try the freeware BootSkin available on www.wincustomize.com ; you should
be able to get a detailed howto (to use your own graphics) browsing
somewhere in www.joeuser.com (a site related to Stardock and Wincustomize).
