First of All let me say I am capable of doing a Cpu Mod I just need to
be pointed in the right direction. I have learned and taught myself a
lot through trail and error but I would rather not go this route.

So heres what I want:

I want to go from a P3 to P4 (Could stay and P3)
I need more bays to have 2 to 3 HDs
I want cool fans and lights.

Theres more but the main problem is me not being able to add a HD and
my motherboard not fitting a new case.

I am also into a lot of stuff. So this new mod needs to be able to
handle my DV movies I edit, Games I want to play and Music. and plenty
of software.

I dont know what info is needed to get me going so I guess I start off
by asking, at what point am I worrying about temps. And does all
motherboards fit in every case.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!1

If you buy a name brand M/B from any of the "major" manufacturers, it will
fit into a standard ATX case. If you have a M/B from one of the manufacturer
PC companies such as Dell, HP, Compaq etc., you may find the M/B is
proprietary and the mounting holes don't even come close to being in the
correct places for an ATX case.

A word of warning - generally, Windows 2k/XP doesn't like it when you change
your mainboard. Before switching your motherboard over, make sure you have a
solution - perhaps you'll have to do a clean install of windows onto a new
HDD, although there appear to be other solutions. But if you toss your old
motherboard before you address this problem, you're pretty much toast.
