In the user's internetp options, on the advanced tab,
there is a box where you can put a check to automatically
dump all temporary internet files when the user closes
down IE. This sounds like it might do the trick for you.
If this doesn't appeal to you, you can always write a
little script (that runs at logon) that deletes all
Temporary Internet Files on each user's drive.
