We have two Win2000 DC here and want to have 2 more 03 DC join in to the
domain.
but when do the adprep is displayed few errors as following

Copy From adprep.log

"attributeId" attribute value for objects defined in Windows 2000 schema and
extended schema do not match.

A previous schema extension has defined the attribute value as
"1.2.840.113556.1.4.7000.187.102" for object
"CN=uid,CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=itedf38,DC=local" differently than the
schema
extension needed for Windows 2003 server .

"isSingleValued" attribute value for objects defined in Windows 2000 schema
and
extended schema do not match.

A previous schema extension has defined the attribute value as "TRUE" for
object
"CN=uid,CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=itedf38,DC=local" differently than the
schema
extension needed for Windows 2003 server .

"attributeSyntax" attribute value for objects defined in Windows 2000 schema
and
extended schema do not match.

A previous schema extension has defined the attribute value as "2.5.5.5" for
object
"CN=uid,CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=itedf38,DC=local" differently than the
schema
extension needed for Windows 2003 server .

Is here have any solution for fix this problems? Thx

Remarks

Here should be No SFU and Exchange installed before

I have a lot search in the Internet and saw
"It appears there is a conflict in ldapDisplayName and CN,you should rename
the CN and ldapDisplayName of the conflicting attributes" Too.

But i don't know how to change it because i can't change the attributes in
CN=uid

i used ADSI Edit it said "The attribute cannot be modified because it is
owned by the system"

Can someone tell me how to change it?And change it to what? Thx

Finally Case Closed Renamed the CN=uid :D
