want let me remove my spyware!!!!!!!!

I have done 4 or 5 scans and everytime It gets to my
hidden folders, it quits responding. Can someone tell me
what I can do to get this fixed so I can remove the
spyware I do have? Thanks

Hi

- First download and install CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com

- Restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot just before Windows
flag screen appears.

- Run CCleaner, uncheck "recentlytyped URLs" beacuse you are probably
lazy as all of us with "Favourites", Press "Analyze" and then "Run
cleaner". Note that you then have 3 cleaning tabs.

- Start MSAS, choose fullscan with all options checked and scan again.

- Restart
