Want dual DNS entries for one NIC

I have followed 246804, but it does not seem to work.
I have internal servers that I have added a second IP
address to the NIC, in hopes to keep my DNS servers all
internal and publish only. When I enter a second address
to a NIC to the 2003 dns servers, the two entries show up
in dns, dc01 192.168.20.51 and dc01 209.x.x.x.

But when I do the same thing on my 2000 servers, the
second entry never shows up, even after reboots.

Any Ideas?

Well, the only thing I can say is why do you want to use your ISP's DNS
anyway? Asssuming this is AD, which is probably why you want to use your
internal 192.68.20.51 server, then I would say using your ISP's DNS will
cause NUMEROUS errors with AD. Just use the internal server, and on your
internal server set a forwarder for efficient internet resolution. If the
option is grayed out, delete the root zone and try again. These article
shows how to do both these steps, otherwise it's guranteed that you will
have errors.
