Want contacts in both Business Contact Manager and Outlook Contact

How do I have my contacts in both Business Contact Manager and the regular
Outlook contact folder? I am really only using the Business Contact Manager
but I need the contact information in the regular Outlook address folder as
my PDA and it's synchronization program will not work with Business Contact
Manager.
