I set up my email wrong, how can I start over and change it again?

Tilah,

Tools> Accounts, then select the account that is wrong click on Remove. Then
Add, and you are on your way.

In Windows Mail
Tools - Accounts - highlight your account - Remove

then add a new (correct) one.
