The wallpaper on my niece's computer 'gliched' in such a
way that the start buttom is off the screen on the left
side and the right side is off the screen as well. I have
tried all the tricks that I know to shrink the wallpaper,
but haven't come up with a solution. Can someone tell me
what to do?

I'd maybe try to mess with the settings on the monitor
itself, you know horizontal size and positioning with any
buttons on the actual monitor..

Hi,

A. Haurwitz had the right idea. Most monitors have a series of buttons on
the front at the bottom of the screen. Usually the leftmost one will bring
up a menu. Then you have to use the other buttons to navigate through the
menu and change the settings. You'll want the horizontal size or perhaps the
zoom. You can also correct problems with the sides not being straight
vertical, and also brightness, contrast, etc.
