I've searched the forum for anything to do with wallpaper problems, but
none seem to be similar to my problem.
I've tried enabling/disabling my desktop. (i'd also like to know an
easier around this - i thought it was possible to do it through Display
properties but it doesn't appear i can).
I'm confident that my computer is free of any infection.
I'm running windows xp.
My problem is that for a wallpaper to take effect, i have to log off or
restart. The wallpaper does change, but the new wallpaper lies
'underneath' the old wallpaper.
Please help.
