Another problem is your time settings are off. Check your time settings and
time zone by double clicking the time.
in tray.
Although this is probably not relevant to your stated question, it may get
you more replies when you repost after adjusting your time settings.
Lots of people that frequent the newsgroups filter future posts or just
delete them.

Cya

Then don't post to these newsgroups and expect an unchallenged or more than
a limited answer.
What exactly does it mean you don't use the windows clock. ROTFLMO!!!
You are posting with OE and your time settings are off. DUH........Big deal
fix it.

Well then since you posted this tommorrow (2/13/2004 6:58 AM (CST)) we must all be psychic in responding to you (2/12/2004 11:55 AM (CST))before the message was even posted.

BTW your original post will be 9½ hours from now at 2/12/2004 9:27 PM (CST).

Can you open the picture, right click and set as Desktop background?

Also, you must set your clock correctly.
You say in another post "I dont use the windows clock"
Also you state "...having some problems".
Many applications use the clock.
The clock is far more than a convenient device to keep time.
Depending on how far off your clock is you will have trouble on secure
sites such as Windows Update.
That 3rd party clock you use will not solve any issues, but it may
cause them.
Also many people here will ignore posts with incorrect time as the
post is displayed wrong.

Your first step in solving any issue on your computer should start
with the obvious...the clock
Your clock time may not be important to you, but it is important to
your computer and those you ask for help.

Show some courtesy.

I would suggest you repost the question as this thread is probably deleted
or fragmented to the point of not ever getting an answer.
I wish I had the answer, but I don't. You might consider cross-posting to
