Wallpaper pixelates or changes in other ways

My wallpaper will pixelate in different ways. One time several of the icons
on the desktop were repeated over and over down the screen. The icons in my
start up menu will not be seen unless you put your cursor over it. The
pixelation will also happen when I am on the internet. The internet explorer
will have small portions of it pixelate. Then the problem will clear up all
of the sudden. Sometimes stays for awhile. I have run Mcafee on my computer
as well as online. No virus found. Microcenter also searched. Found some
things like spyware and removed it. But problem continues to happen. Any
suggestions would be welcome.

Check the power connections to your video card and make sure the fan
works correctly. Do NOT over clock your video card.
