wallpaper/background

have downloaded wallpaper from PSP website & set as background by mistake to
pc - cannot get rid of it no matter what i do - any ideas? Please help!

You might want to try the following:
Go to Start -> Control Panel and double click on Display.
Click on the Desktop tab.
Click on the "Customize Desktop" button.
Click on the Web tab.
Look for an entry in the "Web pages" box for that wallpaper and
click on it to highlight it.
Hit the Delete button.

In addition to the good advice by Nepatsfan, on the same Web tab make
sure the box "Lock Desktop Items" is unchecked.
