Just got my first ones from vacation and I can't get them to load. Compter

set the autoplay to "pictures and select slideshow option then i click on the
drive and a wibdoe for the drive comes up and it is. blank

Seems unusual...are you positive that
you have images on the memory card?

Have these exact steps been successful
previously?

Are the images in the JPEG format?

Could you try the memory card in a different
computer?

Not a memory card! The photos were developed and as apromotion, Walgreens offered a free phorocd with the photos on it. My wifr took them to work and they open just fine on their wxp office software. Mine is wxp/sp Home.

Sounds like the disk may require cleaning
or possibly you have a problem with your drive.

-my music cd's play fine. also the drive always reverts to "music files" after I reselct photo slideshow or other options. Makes me wonder if it is reverting after i clcik on OK-
