wakeup on ring/fax

I am using this for recieving faxes to wakep my pc from standby. However after it has recieved the fax it won't shut down again. Actually I did manage to get it to do this last week but tweaking the power management setting but now it has stopped shutting down again

You have to read your WOR manual to check if it supports automatic shutdown.
Windows XP Fax isn't involved in this scenario and it will not try to shut
down the system.
