Wake on ring

Hi all
A very simple question but for the life of me I can not
find the answer.

How do I disable wake on ring on an XP pro machine. I have
disabled this "feature" in the modem bit the machine still
powers up when the phone rings.
Yes I know still using a phone modem and only one phone
line

This feature can be disabled in your BIOS. Depending on
what kind of machine you have, you would be able to
diable it in there. Hope this was helpful to you!

Hi,

There are settings in Dialup networking for that
telephone configuration that allow u to specify whether
to bring the computer out of sleep when the telephone
rings. u can disable that.
