Ok, what kind of you know what is that? Isnt Microsoft up with technology
these days? I ordered the Anytime Upgrade from Home Prof to Ultimate, its a
download, and I have to wait 5 days? Is this usual????

How did you pay???.....paypal or something else that takes 5 days to
clear/process??
peter

No, I paid by a regular mastercard. I checked and it even show up on my
online statement so it has already cleared. Im so furious because I work so
much during the week, saturday is really my only day to do stuff like this,
and I planned it all week as far as reconfiguring my pc, backing up, etc. I
paid by mastercard, to microsoft, and it said I have up to a 5 day wait time.
:(
So much for the ANYTIME portion of the upgrade!

BTW - It looks like the online version of this upgrade system is going away
Feb 20th. Probably because of stuff like this, lol.

All I can do is laugh about it. Oh, I tried calling the microsoft web store
and they are closed on weekends. Have to call during the weekday for
assistance.

Have you checked you digital locker?
From Microsoft...
"A personal digital locker is created for you when you purchase a Windows
Vista upgrade. Your digital locker stores your product keys and purchase
information which, when used together, allow you to reinstall your upgrade
if necessary. A copy of your upgrade is also stored in your digital locker.

To access your upgrade in your digital locker for recovery:

Click Start, and then click Control Panel. Double-click the digital locker
icon. Alternatively, you can go directly to the Digital Locker website.

Yes, thank you for the idea though. I keep checking it and nothing is there.
So darn frustrated, lol. Obviously its not the end of the world, if it doesnt
come by the end of today (sunday) I have wait until next weekend to install
it but I was really hoping to get it done this weekend. Just very surprised
that its not "instant".. You would think it would be these days.

Mine was available, if I remember correctly, about 12 hours after I
purchased it.
Since I orderd it late at night, I had to wait for a human being to verify
my credit card info. ( I assume).
I ordered my any time upgrade from Fujitsu.
