WAB.exe

I upgraded PC from ME to XP and prior to doing so, saved my *.dbx files and
the wab.exe file to a flash drive. After starting and configuring OE, I went
to copy over *.dbx files and wab.exe. *.dbx files copies to OE directory with
no problem. But when I copied over wab.exe and opened address book, it was
empty.

Does anyone know what happened and is there a way to recover the addresses?
I only made the one copy of wab.exe on flash drive.

wab.exe is not the address book data, it’s the address book program. the
data is in a file with .wab extension.
