WAB DLL file

For some reason I can't get to my address book in outlook.
comes up it can't find the WAB DLL file.
????????????????????????????????????????????????????
 
What version of Outlook installed on what o/s
Outlook hasnt used a wab.dll since outlook 2k(?)
 
let me guess -- outlook 2000 on vista? See
