W98SE to W2KP network problem

I have one PC running W2KP and it sees the W98SE fine.
BUT.. the W98SE PC can't see or access the network or
printer. I thought I had set permissions in W2KP to allow
this, but W98SE yells at me telling me it 'can't browse
the network'. There are just the 2 PC's running.
Everything that needs to be shared, IS shared... but the
network only works ONE WAY. I'd like to print from W98SE.
Any clues what I did wrong?

Ipconfig. Ping.
