I need to setup the time service for my mixed 2K/NT domain
but unfortunately we are on a VPN and my servers cannot
see public ip address's so I cannot sync with a time
server.

How else can I set this up? Is there anyway just to have
my PDC emulator act as the time server for the rest of the
domain without syncing with an external source?
