W32 RPC Virus Detected

pop virus warning :
W32 RPC Virus Detected
CLICK on OK to Scan and Clean !
The above box pops up when I attempt to access web address
www.disneyworldresorts.com
It appears to be issued by internet explorer, because
unlike other pop up adverts, i cannot get to the explorer
windows beneath it withoug closing it down.
Is this just a cleverer form of advertising or is it a
genuine virus ?
Strange thing is that any pc accessing this address seems
to get the same message.

I do not get the virus warning but the site is a redirect to w w
w.vipfares.com (munged to stop this site) It is a ad trick to get you to
buy a worthless product.

I would never do any business with vipfares due to these ad tricks.

I would place the disneyworldresorts site into the HOSTS file as well as
vipfares.
