How do I stop TS from logging off (not disconnecting them, simply logging
them (administrator included) off) connected users every 5 min???

I have tried Group Policy as well as settings in the TS manager.

Is this happeneing when users are actively working? If so, then
check if you have a time-out limit on active connections.

If this happens after 5 minutes of idle time, you could have a
time-out limit on idle connections, but this can also be caused by
router that sees no traffic and concludes that the session is
broken. Try enabling KeepAlives to fix this.

No. Only when the session is idle.

It happens within the office (bypassing any router) and out of the office
from the remote site. I have checked Group Policies (both domain and local
on the Server 2k3 box) as well as TS Configuration stuff. I cant find it!!

It seems that this is a new feature from Server 2003. I know I wasnt having
this issues with the SBS2000, TS 4.0 or W2K Server flavors.

You can change the idle time-out limit under the
Local Computer Policy\Computer Configuration\Administrative
Templates\Windows Components\Terminal Services\Sessions folder
and
Local Computer Policy\User Configuration\Administrative Templates
\Windows Components\Terminal Services\Sessions

Can you try to set a time limit for idle sessions of let's say 15
minutes here and see if that helps?

Use loopback processing of your GPO and check with the Resultant
Set of Policies if the policy is applied to the users of the TS.
