W2K-SP4 PC keeps on rebooting!!

Can someone from Microsoft pls rectify the problem with
W2K-SP4? My PC just keep rebooting no matter what and I
can't even get to the login screen. HELP is Urgently
needed :-((

I have the same problem on 5 computers from 200 ...

firth solution : manualy with the W2K CD and second REPAIR
option ...
Any other solution (from network/SUS) are welcome...
