W2k SP4 Download Trouble

I get an error while trying to download W2K SP4: "server
cannot be contacted" Then box pops up and states to go to
the Win2K Service Pack page and selext "Trouble
Downloading the Service Pack", but there is no such
option. Not even if I do a serch while on that page. Help!
