W2K server switching from English to French

I need to know what is the easiest way to change the language of a Windows
2000 server. I have a W2K server in English and, because of a complete
nonsense, I need to change it to French (in order to respect the linguistic
laws of the province).
My first guess would be to repair the OS with a French media but my little
finger tells me it won't work...hope someone will help! Thanks.

Hi - I believe you'll have to do a complete reinstall from scratch with a
French copy of Windows.
