We use Windows 2000 Server SP1 for providing Terminal Services to thin
clients. We don't use Active Directory. We would like to upgrade the hardware
and need to migrate the users, their printer settings and home directories to
the new server. System state backup and Restoration will not help here as
hardware drivers are not compatible with the new server. The document
available on the Microsoft's site on the hardware migration is not fully
useful. Can someone please advice reg., the procedure for exporting the
users, printers and home directories to the new server?

The Swing Kit (www.sbsmigration.com) will probably
do this for you with a minimum of downtime and zero
risk.
