it was working hours before which i shut down normally. now it cannot boot up
and after some tries, i managed to get to start in 'save mode' and it got
hang at "\winnt\system32\drivers\mup.sys"
can anyone explain what happening help as how can i solve this. (the last
time i install drivers were many months ago, iys ext modem. tks

mup.sys is the last file that was loaded so its something loading after
that. What happens during a normal start?
