Hi,
Ok, I know you Win2K Pro as a client can connect to WinXP Pro.
My question is, if Win2K is the client can the WinXP take control of the
Win2K Pro computer and offer assistance? (doubtful)
I'm asking this because the Win2K machine is behind an ISP Router and can't
find the IP address, user is Sales person . Therefore, trying to help him
fix something, but I need to take control of his computer, my machine being
WinXP Pro. So, since we can't get his IP Address, do we have any options or
should I say to just upgrade to winXP Pro.?
Thank you
Steve
